The representatives of Ukrainian consortium organizations made a methodological visit to the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Poland) on 6-10 November 2017, under EC project 544524-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-PL-TEMPUS-SMHES ‘Qualifications Framework for Environmental Science at Ukrainian Universities’ (QANTUS).

Representatives of the National University ‘Odessa Maritime Academy’ (Vadym Zakharchenko, Dana Parmenova, Yuliia Medvedieva, Anastasia Shestakova), Odessa State Environmental University (Anatolii Polovyi, Oleg Shabliy, Kateryna Husieva), V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Kateryna Utkina, Nadiia Maksymenko), National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Oksana Zazymko), Lviv National Agrarian University (Olha Ishchenko), Uman National University of Horticulture (Іvan Mostoviak), Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University (Tetiana Dyman) and the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science (Alla Rybalko) took part in the visit.

During the visit, meetings with Dr. Marek Frankowicz, Prof. Lucjan Chmielarz, Prof. Wojciech Piekoszewski, Dr. Barbara Gil and PhD Izabela Zawiska, as well as seminars on the issues of quality assurance in education, development of international relations and implementation of international exchange programmes for teachers and students were held.

The participants visited the Faculty of Chemistry with numerous academic and research laboratories, as well as the Foreign Relations Department of the Jagiellonian University.
