Odessa State Environmental University was presented at the 31st International Exhibition ‘Education and Career – 2017’, which took place on 6-8 April 2017 in Kyiv, at the ‘Ukrainian House’, the National Center for Business and Cultural Cooperation.

As of today, the exhibition is the largest event in Ukraine, which focuses on higher education in Ukraine and abroad, and every year attracts a lot of prospective students. The event provides an opportunity for various universities to exchange ideas and experiences in education, establish partnerships as well as develop and present their educational achievements.

Participants and visitors were welcomed by Vasylii Kremen, President of “Znannia” Society of Ukraine, President of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of NAS and NAPS of Ukraine, Radek Matula, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Ukraine, and Ian Piekło, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Poland to Ukraine. The exhibition was participated by 31 universities form Ukraine and more than 70 foreign universities, predominantly from Europe. During the exhibition individual consultations and presentations were conducted by the representatives of various universities.

OSENU exposition was presented by Oleg Shabliy, Inna Khomenko and Lidiia Popova, the staff of the Foreign Relations Office. Apart from a stand covering the University activities and career guidance materials, the visitors had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with leaflets, presentations and banners reflecting the achievements of international project teams in joint implementation of the 544524-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-PL-TEMPUS-SMHES and 561975-EPP-1-2015-1-FI-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP objectives.

Additionally, an introductory web-page of the University was put up at the web portal of ‘EduExpo: Education and Career’ online exhibition.

By the result of the contest, Odessa State Environmental University was awarded the Grand Prix of ‘International Cooperation in the Field of Education and Science’ and the Honorary Title of ‘Leader of International Activities.’
