Development of Qualification Framework in Meteorology” (QualiMet)

Project goals and objectives: The project aims to continue the reform of the system of higher education and qualification in the area of hydrometeorology in the Russian Federation and Ukraine to better meet the high and ever changing demands in meteorologal science and profession and to comply with the best international practice.

Its specific goal is the development of internationally unified framework of qualifications in meteorology (QualiMet), setting a system of recognition and award of qualifications up to Doctoral level based on standards of knowledge, skill and competence acquired by learners.
